First, verify that the email entered in your account during registration is correct. If the entered email is correct, wait for 1 hour and check your account. If the ticket amount hasn’t been deducted from your account, purchase the ticket again. If the ticket amount has been deducted from your account, send your account details along with the payment receipt to info@all4user.com .
